Job Description
As a YTC web developer, your major responsibility will be constructing dependable and high-performing websites, features, and web-based applications and services. This role is ideal for an experienced full-stack developer looking for creative, challenging work.

Position Qualifications
Previous Experience
3-6+ Years of Experience
Coding Proficiency
- Fluency in PHP, Javascript, JQuery, HTML, and CSS, with experience in WordPress plugin development, website speed optimization & Shopify development.
- PHP, including creating custom plugins for WordPress.
- JS, including creating beautiful seamless web animations.
- Experience with best practices for speed optimization and security protocols.
Common Duties
Day-to-day work is performed thoroughly and efficiently, mindful of how development tasks fit into larger project timelines.
Development Tasks
- Research: Finding or providing technical solutions to clients which can aid in proficiently achieving the target outcome.
- Planning: Deciding in advance what needs to be done technically for web development
- Web Development: Transforming designs into fully functional websites that match our clients’ vision.
- Client Maintenance: Addressing client requests, including bugs, issues, maintenance, or updates.
- Plugin Development: Properly developing/modifying plugins that will be tailored for specific client/company requirements.
- New Feature Development: Properly developing new custom functionalities on WordPress and Shopify websites.
